Bordesley East Primary Care Network (PCN) is a forward-thinking patient focused group of practices here to support the patient population in all areas of the healthcare setting.
The PCN is made up of 5-member GP practices serving over 30,000 patients. Our team includes GPs, Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Social Prescribers, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Pharmacy Technicians and Clinical Pharmacists which enables us to provide the care and support to our patient population.
The purpose is to make a real difference within primary care and for patients to receive the right care the first time around.
