You can view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and clinical correspondences if you have joined your GP surgery’s online services. You may need to request access to view your medical records.
Please send your request in writing via email or drop this into the surgery reception. Photo identification is required Passport or driving licence to obtain full access to your medical records. There will be a 30 working day turn around to complete your request.
